error:1407609b:ssl
I get this error wheher I use https:// or not.
There is some other reason
both IE and Netscape give me this error when they
connect to by proxy server.
When I construct my own client, no problem, it works.
Does anyone have any idea why IE and Netscape are having
trouble connecting to my server
with this error?
