I've setup/configured majordomo quite a few times and have seen the problem
where a subscribed user does not receive their own mail sent to the list.
It's rare, but it happens. I never took the time to investigate or browse
the log files when it occurs. I've also seen mail delays (unrelated to
majordomo) where a server or interface is down for a very brief time
(seconds) and the mail delivery goes into a 4 hour (or whatever is
configured) hold status. It's also possible Mike isn't subscribed!

Any of the above could be why Mike didn't see his own mail. Mike - let me
know if you don't see this. :-)
