Daryl, I'm currently implementing a server using overlapped I/O completion ports. Have you personally had any success in getting OpenSSL to work with that sort of application? I've searched the list archives for info on this topic, and the little I could find about using BIOs was extremely vague.

If you search the list archives for the keyword "overlapped" or "completion port" you will find a couple of good descriptions of what to do. Will OpenSSL work with Windows Asynchronous Sockets? 2. I mean, will the WSAAsyncSelect()... work when using ssl? I am halfway in implementing the asynchronous sockets in my project... so it won't be a disaster to switch to another method... 3. Can anyone give me advice what is the best method to handle sockets in non-blocking manner which will work correctly with OpenSSL? ______________________________________________________________________ OpenSSL Project http://www.openssl.org User Support Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] Automated List Manager [EMAIL PROTECTED] ______________________________________________________________________ OpenSSL Project http://www.openssl.org User Support Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] Automated List Manager [EMAIL PROTECTED]
