supongo que eres español o al menos hispanoparlante XD
Cuando tu creas un fichero pkcs#12 lo que haces es incluir dentro de el tu clave
publica a parte de tus datos personales y lo firmas con la clave privada. No tiene
sentido un pkcs#12 sin clave privada porque dejaria de ser un certificado personal
tuyo, que es su funcion.
No se si era esto a lo que te referias,
