The information in "INSTALL.W32" is out of date regarding where to get MinGW and it mentions running "mingw32.bat", which doesn't exist on my system (but isnt' necessary since I have C:\mingw\bin in my path) Aside from that, however, it compiled just fine under MinGW, and I've yet to notice a bug.
