Need Help On Installing SSL on windows

Hi, I am using PHP4, MySql, Apache 1.3(latest) and i want to configure SSL on my Windows operating system. I have also downloaded mod_ssl-2.8.4-1.3.20 and openssl-engine-0.9.6b Please tell me how do i go about it.
