Have you been able to find out how to download those? In that case,
you need to unpack and read the files that come with those packages.
Typically, there's a README (this is true for both zlib and OpenSSL)
that either tells you directly how to build and install them, or
directs you to the file describing that.
If you're trying to ask what installatino directories are appropriate
for OpenSSH to find the zlib and OpenSSL libraries, you need to check
out the options that are available when configuring OpenSSH, and if
that doesn't help, you need to talk to the developpers of OpenSSH
instead of us.
