I have created a brief mini-HOWTO on this at
http://nyetwork.org/wim/ssl.html. If you follow what is described there,
you should be up and running. I created it because I have run into your
3 problems so many times... but the process I have documented there
should be fairly painless. You can point your browser to the HTTPS
version of the above url to see that it works. Let me know how you make
out :-)
