Hi, I'm In Geneva(Switzerland) right now and I need to Acquire and install a Verisign Certificate(Commerce Site 128-bit SSL) to secure the implementation of our Intranet application. I am using Oracle Apache HTTP Server running under Windows 2000 operating system. On my test server I tried to generate the following Key file(GFLCP-demoserve.key) by typing this command line: openssl genrsa -des3 -rand ex010328.log:Setup.exe:corejava.dll:_user1.cab:cluadmin.exe -out GFLCP-demoserve.key 1024 I'm accessing my intranet application throught: http://GFLCP-demoserve For this part of generating the KEY file, everything seems to work fine but then, when generating the CSR file I'm receiving this error after typing the following command: openssl req -new -key GFLCP-demoserve.key -out GFLCP-demoserve.csr "Using configuration from /usr/local/ssl/openssl. Unable to load config info Enter PEM pass phrase: unable to find 'distinguished_name' in config problems making Certificate Request error in req" It's seems it can not found the openSSL config file. What is that file and should I changed the location of this file since I don't have any folders named: "/usr/local/ssl/openssl"? Do you have any Ideas of what might cause this error? Do you know where I can phone for technical assistance(support) here in Geneva...Or maybe you can help me out with this problem?
