Hi Patrick.
Entity can optionally support tcl, but doesn't require it. To compile it
without tcl support, do a './configure --disable-tcl'
If you want tcl support, you can find the latest tcl/tk at:
http://www.scriptics.com/software/tcltk/downloadnow83.tml
