Hello again!
It seems that my pains with OpenSSL (and yours) got out. The given examples
work!
Finally i have found a Visual C++ project that compile OpenSSL and examples
with no errors. I tested in this night and things seems to work fine.
Here is the link where i found useful project:

just in case that link didn't work. It works for openssl 0.9.6 and you must
have perl installed and some kind of x86 assembler: masm, tasm or nasm. Here
I attached nasm tool.
So if you will follow given instructions you will have a OpenSSL libraries,
dlls and examples ready into /out32dll directory from openssl-0.9.6 root
dir.
