But the real answer to your question is probably a function of what
the two
webservers in question are, which you neglected to mention. Private
keys
maybe protected by proprietary password schemes, and/or stored in
proprietary databases. Folks on this list seem to have lots of
experience
with Apache-SSL, mod-ssl, Netscape, and IIS.
