Oh, I see why we can't get rid of them... Some quick poking with
"which" indicates that there seems to be no-one with an E-Mail address of
Novell.com subscribed to the list and neither of those names show up either.
So it must be getting forwarded to them from some other address, which we
can't determine and the brain damaged Novell software is failing to return
the message headers which would reveal that information.
This kind of shit drives me nuts when it happens on one of my lists.

Ordinarily, I would recommend against such actions. However, it
is their broken software which is doing this and it's their broken software
which is failing to provide the necessary information which would solve the
problem. The fact that they are the VENDOR of the brain damaged software,
just makes it perfect. If they don't take appropriate action REAL SOON,
then I do think that it would be appropriate for someone to grace Mr
Johnson's mailbox with a copy of each bounce so he can appreciate
and gage for himself the magnitude of the problem that their broken software
is creating. DO NOT SEND MORE THAN ONE COPY FOR EACH COPY RECEIVED OR ADD
ANY ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS! That would constitute harassment, and we don't
want to harass them.
Cc'ed to Mr Johnson...
Mr Johnson, I would strongly recommend that you address this group
with some answers as to exactly WHAT you are doing to resolve this problem!
