The SUNWski package was part of the Sun Web Server product that was
bundled with the server versions of at least Solaris 2.6 and 7. If
you have the server media package for one of those versions of Solaris,
SUNWski is in there somewhere. (It's definitely not in Solaris 8.)
The Sun Web Server patch that contains SUNWski is on the SunSolve web
site. You need a current Sun software maintenance contract in order
to get a SunSolve account. My favorite entry into SunSolve is:
http://sunsolve.sun.com/private-cgi/search.pl?mode=advanced
It'll want your login name and password. Tell it to search contract
collections for a patch description containing the word "SUNWski".
If you don't have the server media package or software maintenance,
then you'll need to install EGD.pl or use some other source of entropy.
Actually, if you're such a small site that you can't afford software
maintenance, shouldn't you be running Linux on your Suns? :-)
