Help!

Hello, I'm just trying to compile openssl for AIX for the first time.

I have an RS6000 running 4.3.3 and have gcc2.95.2
when I run make I get the following:

< lots of config output >

Configured for aix-gcc.
# make
making all in crypto...
        ( echo "#ifndef MK1MF_BUILD"; echo " /* auto-generated by
crypto/Makefile.ssl for crypto/cversion.c */"; echo " #define CFLAGS \"gcc
-O3 -DAIX -DB_ENDIAN\""; echo " #define PLATFORM \"aix-gcc\""; echo "
#define DATE \"`date`\"";  echo "#endif" ) >buildinf.h
        gcc -I. -I../include -O3 -DAIX -DB_ENDIAN -c cryptlib.c

Can someone point me to the answer?

Personally, I think my choice in the
mostest-superlative-computer wars has to
be the HP-48 series of calculators.
They'll run almost anything. And if they
can't, while I'll just plug a Linux box
into the serial port and load up the
HP-48 VT-100 emulator.
