Does this mean we can not ship the product to outside of US if it is
static linked to libcrypto.a? If this is the case, is there a way to
build a exportable version of library that can be used outside the US?
Any compile options to build subset of the libcrypto.a?

Just us folks in the US can't export them in electronic form
although
a published document which describes them in detail, including a
listing (on paper), is an acceptable export item as I understand
the
law.
