Hi to all:

my company, GeoTrust Inc., is a small (60+ people), dynamic,
well-funded start-up with an experienced management team.
We aim to become the standard in online trust, the internet
equivalent of a handshake or a signed contract. That puts
us in a great business space, Internet B2B eCommerce,
which is already a multibillion dollar industry expected
to grow substantially in the next decade. GeoTrust offers
competitive salaries and equity participation for all employees.

We are conveniently located just 95/128 in Wellesley Hills, MA,
just south of the Mass Pike, in a clean and pleasant office
space with its own kitchen. The people are friendly and the
corporate culture is pretty laid-back. Hours are flexible
and the dress is casual.

You will work with other experienced and talented engineers
who share a strong belief in good design. GeoTrust's
President is a software developer himself. You will get
the chance to develop a brand-new software solution from
the ground up, in a brand-new industry. Each engineer gets
2 computers. GeoTrust is committed to giving engineers the
hardware and software tools they need to enjoy doing a good
job. We offer interesting challenges in software design,
cryptography, client-server interaction, and web
technologies. Software is written mostly in Java and C++.
The choice of shell, IDE and editor is entirely up to you.
By building unique services and technology you will make a
difference in the way commerce and business ethics evolve
on the net.

Job description and Responsibilities:

GeoTrust's Key/Certificate Manager to support private/public
key generation, validation, renewal, revocation of

and to issuers of Trust Certificates
