The SSL v3 problems seem to have been fixed in IE 5.5 . That is, we have not seen 
anything 
obviously broken. it's the 5.0 versions and earlier that have broken SSL v3.

mod_ssl is the open-source Apache SSL implementation, http://www.modssl.org/ , used in 
one 
way or another by many Apache-based secure servers.
