No idea how to do it, but seems useful.  Anyone have 
any pointers?

Perhaps I should look at the IO::Socket::SSL code
for ideas on how to deal with this?  If anyone
wants to submit a patch for Crypt::SSLeay to make this 
work, please feel free.  What's the expected API
here, some file on disk with the cert specified 
in %ENV?
