openssl is not old enough and not wide-spread enough.  i think that there
are no books on the market or in some writers drawer yet.

up to now, handling openssl in large parts even means to read and
understand its (unfortunately mostly undocumented) code or at least using
the examples shipped with it.

if you find any book, i'd be _VERY_ interested in it, but i doubt it.
