Mads (& Arne),
Just to let Arne know that openca is *not* a phantom <g>, .. openca *has*
had a number of up/down problems in the past few months, .. last time I
tried to load it about a month ago the DNS was not resolving.
Hopefully, it will be more stable in the future.
