from what I read, I need to use rsaref if I am in the states (which I
am..forgot to mention that before)

that is a good question. We ran out of time on a project, so we through
something together and made it work on our current NES Server
(Php+NES+Informix didn't like each other well, leave off informix, and it
worked). In a couple weeks, we will be registering our night school
students via the web. We were hoping to have the final solution in place by
then, and not have more people using the system, when it wasn't at its
final stage.....

....however if we can avoid spending money now, we would like that also.

if RSA is not included (-no-rsa), how strong of a SSL server is left? Are
we still left with the RC's? DES's? 128 bit encryption? Is RSA a big part
of the SSL on the web?
