you should add the "include", "lib" file directory into the enviroment

when I building OpenSSL in Windows environments,use Visual C++.according to
"install.w32" .My operation is below:

   perl Configure VC-WIN32-----------ok
   ms\do_masm------------------------ok
   nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak
but in last step,there always display :
       crypto\cryptolib.c: fatal error c1083:cannot open include
file:"stdio.h",no such file or directory .
       how can I sovle it?
