Other ppl who answered before me are right: This is an old
thread, I started e.g. one one year ago (and wasnt the first:).
I got the original SSLeay-enhanced ftp/ftpd sources running
with openssl (was 0.9.3 then i think). Needs a bit of patching,
ppl deeper into the sources might be MUCH quicker and better
with it. There were other approaches to it (afaik there
even was an RFC for "FTP over SSL" on the way). Alas I never
found the time to check them, as the last years project is
still on ice.
But alas I am quite sure there weren't any windoze based
sources among them.
