ftps:// ??

Is it possible to connect to a FTP server using a 
ftps://server.ftp.org URL for netscape or explorer?
It will be a good chance to connect to our file server
(ftps:[EMAIL PROTECTED])

We use linux servers with ssl & ssh telnet.
What package my I install?
