You aren't required to subscribe to the digest version. There would
be two versions, undigested and digested, and people can subscribe to
whichever they prefer.

I would not like that, those who want a single chunk could set up a mail
filter to put all openssl postings in a special dir/file since all mail
come from a single address this should be possible for anybody.
