In this case, I'd like to say "don't trust the web". The fault is in
HTML, where a starting number isn't supported by most browsers, and in
the perl module we use to format a numbered list, which simply tosses
all numbers and generates a classic <OL>..</OL> list, with the above
as a result. I'll rehack that perl module to do it better.
So, the numbers 1-6 are really 0-5.
