I wrote this letter from Okinawa Japan.
This is Ryucom Internet Service(ISP).
Now,we have a question about encryption copyright.
We are testing RC2(40bit) for secure e-mail on Turbo Linux Server.
We convinced that we shuold use RC2(40bit) for secure e-mail
in the ISP's e-mail service.
But we don't know about encryption coyright RC2(40bit).
We knew about open ssl toolkit for free.
So please tell me about encryption copyright or export.
And that if you know about reference URL,please tell me about it.
