I have tried to install the openssl(version
Feb28,2000: openssl-0.9.5.tar.gz) on my Linux systems.
But it is not properly installed.It means the temp
foiles are not installed properly.
I have followed the rules that are given in the
INSTALL file of openssl-0.9.5a tar file( after
gunzip).
The rules that i have followed while the installation
of "openssl-0.9.5.tar.gz" on Linux system are:
-------------------------------------------------------
1) I loaded the "openssl-0.9.5.tar.gz" in the
"/usr/local" Linux system
2)I unzipped(gunzip) the tar file ,then i get a
directory "openssl-o.9.5a".
3)I went to "openssl-o.9.5a" directory.
4)I executed the following command:
./config --prefix=/usr/local --openssldir=usr/local
/openssl
5)next i performed the following command:
make
6) next command:
make test
7)next command :
make install

Now i tried to write some Client/server programs and
tried to run them by using "gcc filename.c"
When i run the programs like this iam getting the
errors such as :
