Hi there.. I was trying to figure how to compile apache 1.3.12 with php4 support and apache-SSL 1.39 I expand apache 1.3.12 src, php4 and open-SSL 0.9.5a I configure first php. Then, compile open-SSL with no problems. the next step I do is expanding the apache 1.3.12+ssl-1.39 patch in the apache src directory and apply it again with no problems. Finally, when I compile apache I get the next error: I have already set the SSL_BASE env var.. but does it have to have the path to the open-SSL source or the compiled version?? here is what make says: [...] apache_ssl.c:61: openssl/ssl.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:62: openssl/err.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:63: openssl/x509.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:64: openssl/pem.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:65: openssl/crypto.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:66: openssl/rand.h: No such file or directory apache_ssl.c:99: #error SSLeay versions below 0.8.x are no longer supported make[4]: *** [apache_ssl.o] Error 1 Can you please help me?? (if I should not be posting this in the open-ssl list, please tell me where I can, thanks) TIA Sam ______________________________________________________________________ OpenSSL Project http://www.openssl.org User Support Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] Automated List Manager [EMAIL PROTECTED]
