I am getting ready to update from 0.9.2b to 0.9.5 on my toy CA system. I
configured 0.9.5 with --prefix=/usr/local, and my 0.9.2b install is in
/usr/local/ssl, like this:

  /usr/local/ssl:
  total 14
  drwxr-xr-x 9 root sys 1024 Apr 27 1999 .
  drwxrwxrwx 28 hadi software 1024 Mar 27 14:40 ..
  drwxr-xr-x 7 root sys 2048 Mar 24 10:38 CA
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 1024 Mar 30 1999 bin
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 96 Apr 29 1999 cacerts
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 96 Mar 29 1999 certs
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 1024 Mar 29 1999 include
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 1024 Jul 19 1999 lib
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 96 Mar 29 1999 private

where CA has index.txt, serial, newcerts, etc. lib has openssl.cnf. The
cacerts, certs, and private directories here are empty: the real ones are in
CA. openssl.cnf points everything there.

Is there anything special that I need to do or watch for? Will the right
things happen if I make install?
