I seem to be having a simple problem with OpenSSL that I cannot find the answer to; considering that the solution is not widespread it must be my system.
I'm running SuSE Linux 6.3 with the latest stable kernal. I have tried both the latest stable OpenSSL and the ßeta OpenSSL libraries, but neither of them install. ./config ; make ; make test reports no errors but when I execute the make install, it enters all the directories, reports "Nothing to be done for `all'." and continues on its merry way. The man pages do seem to install, however.
Any thoughts on this? I'd prefer not to install the older version from the SuSE distribution CDs.
Thx.
