(The following only works with version 0.9.5.)
On UNIX you do
make install_doc
and it makes man pages.
On Windows I made a Perl script to do it. The Perl script is pretty buggy
and I never got the cross-reference links to work. However, man pages on
UNIX don't do cross-references at all, so it isn't much worse.
I have attached a Zip file containing the HTML pages I made and also have
attached the Perl script to make them. I hope someone will polish this
script up a bit and make it part of the next release.

I see that version 0.9.5 has lots of documentation in the folders
inside of the doc folder. However, they are all with the .POD
extension. I'm not familiar with that extension, and neither is
MS Word or Acrobat. I'm on Win98, what is the best way to read
these docs?
