I've been experiencing similar problems using OpenSSL 0.9.5 w/ modssl 2.6.2 and a
Verisign GlobalCert. Except my users can view the site sometimes. Using IE from a
windows box here I can view the site 9 time outta 10. If I'm using IE4 it complains
about a channel error and IE 5 complain about DNS errors. I'm not sure what the
problem could be. All other browers seem to work just fine.
