Hi all,

        I have reverted from openssl 0.9.4 to openssl 0.9.3a and it compiles
and runs successfully on HP-UX 11.00 32-bit.

1) Try commenting out the OID-Entrys at the top of openssl.cnf.

2) I don't think there is an supported entry like "name" in openssl.cnf. 
   Maybe you mean "subjectKeyIdentifier=hash" ??
