I'm truly amazed that RSA won't quote you a better
price.
However, that said, you might be well served by TLSGold
since SPYRUS can license you BSAFE independently. Programming
what you're suggesting shouldn't be that difficult with
TLSGold. Though, again, you'd have to program it yourself
rather than just get some open source software that uses
OpenSSL, since the interface (though analagous of course)
is incompatible.
