OpenSSL is the SSL backend library used in Web servers.
This is done through the configuration of the web server.
Take a look at http://www.modssl.org
If you are in US or Canada you will have to buy a commercial
SSLeay/OpenSSL based ( or even not SSLeay based) server like Stronghold or
Raven or Netscape etc...
