Sorry if this is a little off topic...

I'm hoping someone has had the experience of using self signed certs for use with the Oracle Application Server(uses Spyglass webserver).  Need to do this for testing SSL enablement of OAS, before moving to production.  After signing (with openssl 0.9.4 CA) a CSR generated by the oracle 'genreq' utility and installing into the Oracle Application Server, I am unable to start the SSL enabled listener, but after removing the cert and config to try to use the cert is the http listener starts just fine.

Does anybody know if it is necessary to modify the default openssl CA in order to sign certs for use with OAS?  If anyone has any experience with this whatsoever, please email!
