Look in your csr.pem

-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATEKEY-----
<some data>
-----END RSA PRIVATEKEY-----

...
this is your private key.

Is there just something like
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----
<some data>
-----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

then:
if you needed the private key, you have a problem.

if you find some way to regenerate your private key from this data,
you (and we all) have a much bigger problem...
