Yes. Anyway having to deal with the so called 'intellectual properties' seems,
to me, very dumb. The whole world have made huge steps forward when 'intellectual
properties' have been dropped in favour of human prosperity. Think about
Pitagora: what if every time you do multiply numbers you have to pay for the
'intellectual property'? Simply you don't.

And if someone patent the 'bit 0 and 1' (see slasdot and microsoft)?

                This is theft. It is just a non-sense.
