This rises another matter, how do I get BSAFE into the program? I guess that
BSAFE cannot be exported from the US. So, if the development takes place in
Europe using OpenSSL, and I want to make a US version using BSAFE, how do
I do it. Do I have to obtain access to a machine in the US, put BSAFE there,
upload my source code to that machine, and compile it there with BSAFE?
Are there any preprocessor flags and/or configuration switches that compiles
OpenSSL, such that the "native" RSA code is being replaced by calls to BSAFE?
