  What you REALLY want is IPSEC.  If you're in America, you can get the
NIST Cerberus sample implementation for Linux 2.2.5.  I've configured it
on a 2.2.9 kernel (had to make a few changes to get it to compile) and it
appears to work.  I guess it's a matter of time till somebody outside the
U.S. hacks up an internation implementation.
