I guess you have ordered the Cert in IIS-Format (Should
be one file for CA-Cert + Server-Cert - At least
my Global-Server-ID-Cert was like this).
This thing you won't be able to get it to work 100%.
Call the Verisign-Support and ask them to deliver the
Cert in the format for a Netscape-Server. Then you will get 2 Files
and they will work out of the box for Apache !
