Stefan,
Schannel ("Microsoft cryptographic protocol engine") is a
Cryptographic Service Provider.
"Schnl128.dll" is the 128 bits version (SP4).
If you are a domestic site, obtain the Schannel.dll patch from
http://mssecure.www.conxion.com/cgi-bin/ntitar.pl
If you are located outside of the US and Canada, obtain the patch from
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/misc/sgcschannel
I can send you the NON domestic patch (168 Kb) for NT4 SP3.
If you are using SP4 you don't need any special stuff.
