Now that I have Net_SSLeay1.03 finally compiled and ran the install
I tried to do a nmake test without much luck. Is there a way to test
my install. I am on NT without my own certificate.
Also, can I use the LWP now with https://some_site like I was using
http:// some site when I am sending a POST to a site
