I suggest you pull the latest tarball from www.openssl.org. You may be
able to work out the changed files yourself.

Several things have changed in the ASN1 interface since SSLeay 0.9.X
(not least of which is several nasty bug fixes) I suggest you just use
the OpenSSL tarball instead.
