In the meantime I also happen to have written ckssh (https://github.com/cynic-net/ckssh) which takes a slightly different approach. It runs multiple SSH agents, each with a different set of keys loaded, and you pick which agent ("container") you want to use when logging in to another host using forwarding. (Or just using in general; this also is useful for, e.g., making a work key available in a Docker container where you're pair-programming without giving others in that session access to your other keys.)
