Hello,
With the ever increasing amount of available terminal emulators I'd
like to request an enhancement to SSH that would allow for $TERM to be
overwritten by the SetEnv directive.
This would allow for configurations such as:
```
Host *.debian10.org
SetEnv TERM=xterm-256color
Host *.fedora34.org
SetEnv TERM=alacritty
```
Making the lives of users managing older systems happier :)
