Yes please make a release. I'll one-off mac for this time. I filed a jira and posted to the mailing list. autobuild at least on windows was backward compatible. I was unable to get it to install properly on linux which is not surprising given LL non-support of linux.
I saw this issue a few years ago and it was a not having llbase.py installed. I can't recall the solution, but it was simple.
