While each of us could scout around for a scp package I think it would
be best for LL to update the build instructions

with one that is officially supported.
The instructions can also supply all the dependencies for this package
(e.g. maybe some additional ssh layer is required to be installed as
well).

Wolfpup, who is using VS 2005 Pro, says he has a devenv.exe
I am using VS 2005 Express and my executable is named VCExpress.exe
